Shipping Information
We aim to post your purchase within 3-5 days. However, in busy times this may be longer. I will always keep you updated if there is a delay. If you need a rush order please get in touch before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Postage is £4.99 for second class shipping or £6.99 for first class using Royal Mail unless it is a big order, in which case I will contact you first.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Stitch Design Studio.
If you are purchasing a personalised item we are unable to accept returns. If you received a damaged or defective item please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your non personalised item please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
If you wish to return it:
1. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt.
3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the item must be returned using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
