We aim to post your purchase within 3-5 days. However, in busy times this may be longer. I will always keep you updated if there is a delay. Postage is £3.99.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Stitch Design Studio. However, as most of our items are personalised we are unable to accept returns. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or defective. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
